Less than a third of the homes remain for sale at a housing development being built off Manor Lane in Holmes Chapel.
Regional housebuilder Prospect Homes is currently building a development of 17 homes in the town, and just five of the homes are now left on the market.
The development, named Manor Green, is located off the roundabout between Marsh Lane and Manor Lane, and will comprise a collection of four and five-bedroom houses when complete.
Christine Kynaston, Sales and Marketing Director for Prospect Homes, said: “Manor Green is the first development Prospect Homes has built in Holmes Chapel, so we have been understandably delighted at the positive response from buyers in the area.
“As a company, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, attainable homes in attractive locations. We believe we have achieved this in Holmes Chapel based on the encouraging feedback received about the development.
“Building work is continuing to progress on-site, where we have now welcomed our first residents to Holmes Chapel and which will soon become a thriving community of new homeowners.”
Prospect Homes is also providing a total of £30,610 in the form of Section 106 contributions as part of the development in Holmes Chapel, as per the agreement between the developer and Cheshire East council.
The sum of £23,468 will go towards future maintenance at the development, while a further £7,142 has been contributed to upgrade Elm Drive, located just half a mile north of the site.
Just five homes remain for sale at Manor Green, a selection of four and five-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £395,995.
