Local area

Location is the most important thing to consider when you’re choosing a new home. So we choose ours very carefully and in Hall Drive Park, you’ll be in one of Alsager’s nicest spots. An excellent choice for anyone looking for a beautiful rural setting.

This quiet, small town on the border with Staffordshire, is surrounded by Cheshire farmland - which some of the homes at Hall Drive Park will overlook. The M6 motorway and Crewe main line railway station are both a short drive away, so you’re perfectly placed for commuting.

Shopping and Leisure

Along the B5077, Crewe Road, there is a variety of local shops, cafes and restaurants. Located amongst them are pet shops, banks, a Sainsbury’s local and ASDA store. Only 7 miles away, Crewe boasts many familiar High Street names, as well as twice weekly indoor and outdoor markets, two large shopping centres and a variety of independent shops. Alsager has its own leisure centre - a family-friendly sports complex with swimming pool, gym, and squash courts. Hall Drive Park’s rural setting means there are also numerous opportunities for walking and cycling.

Schools and Education

There are a number of schools close to our new homes for sale in Alsager: St Gabriel’s RC Primary School, Alsager School, Excalibur Primary School, Cranberry Academy. Higher education is well-catered for in close by Crewe, with South Cheshire College and Manchester Metropolitan University Cheshire Campus.

Transportation

Hall Drive Park is a short walk from Alsager railway station, on the Crewe to Derby line. Crewe offers excellent connections to the entire network including London less than 2 hours away. The M6 is less than 2 minutes’ drive, putting all parts of the region within easy reach, as well as providing access further afield to the Midlands and the North.
