A brilliant £9 million Prospect for Liverpool

A leading developer and investor has gone back to its roots to create a £9 million office complex in South Liverpool.

Prospect (GB) Ltd - a subsidiary of the Liverpool-based Riverside Group and one of the company’s best kept secrets, which to date is better known for its residential developments - is to launch its first commercial venture in its spiritual birthplace.

The Meridian Business Village, in Hunts Cross will feature 22 self contained office units totalling 48,000 sq ft. The office development will offer both freehold and leasehold properties of between 1,500 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft.

Research from Investment Likelihood also found that there has been an 11 per cent increase in the number of businesses considering investment in Liverpool. While 40 per cent of all businesses said they would consider the city during the next 12 months.

The Meridian Business Village will be built in blocks of two, three, four and five units. It will benefit from being ‘Secured by Design’ and incorporates secure fencing and gates, full CCTV coverage, and ample car parking provision.

Hunts Cross is a superb strategic location less than three miles from Liverpool Airport, just over six miles from the M56, M57 and M62, and just over eight miles from Liverpool city centre.

Work will begin on the Meridian Business Village in June this year and will be completed by May 2008, just in time for the Capital of Culture.
